Account Deletion

As per our policy, a Vendor may request closure and deletion of their Catalogy.in account by contacting us from their registered email address or mobile number.

After receiving and verifying the request, the Vendor’s account will be deactivated and eligible personal data associated with the account will be deleted within a reasonable period.

Certain information may be retained where required for legitimate business, legal, security, fraud prevention, audit, tax, accounting, payment, or regulatory compliance purposes. Such retained information may include registered mobile number, registered email ID, transaction/subscription records, audit logs, and records necessary to prevent misuse or fraudulent activity.

Retained data will be protected and will not be used for normal active account operation or marketing after account closure.

If a Vendor wants to use Catalogy.in again in the future, the Vendor may contact Ashima Technosoft Pvt Ltd to review whether the previous account can be restored or whether a new account can be created, subject to our policies.
